The RWC logo flashes for a second Pandemonium’s theme begins to play.
Listen up, turn it up and rock it out
party on, I wanna hear you scream and shout
this is real, as real as it gets
I came to get down to get some fucking respect
taking it back to hardcore level
you better be ready, put your pedal to the metal
taking it back to hardcore level
you better be ready, put your pedal to the metal.
Go!
The Pandemonium logo flashes interspersed with head shots of Anthony Phoenix and Alex Williams. The scene changes to vignettes of the Thunder/Prince of Darkness feud that has dominated Pandemonium since its debut, including the Last Ride Match at Revolution.
Whoa I'll never give in
Whoa I'll never give up
Whoa I'll never give in
And I just wanna be, wanna be loved
Whoa I'll never give in
Whoa I'll never give up
Whoa I'll never give in
And I just wanna be, wanna be loved
The two celebrations the new World xtreme has had thus far are shown including the interruption of several tag teams gunning for the titles.
I want domination
I want your submission
I see you're not resisting
To this temptation
I've got one confession
A love deprivation
I've got a jet black heart
It's all fucked up and it's falling apart
The next scene shows Kevin Draven and his attempts at getting a push including challenging the new World xtreme and coming up short and also the various times he’s been a tag team is shown next.
Whoa I'll never give in
Whoa I'll never give up
Whoa I'll never give in
And I just wanna be, wanna be loved
Whoa I'll never give in
Whoa I'll never give up
Whoa I'll never give in
And I just wanna be, wanna be loved
The scene changes to show Chris Legend making a name for himself on Pandemonium including defeating his mentor, Alex Williams.
I've got another confession
I fell to temptation
And there is no question
There was some connection
I've got to follow my heart
No matter how far
I've gotta roll the dice
Never look back and never think twice
The final scene shows a run down of all the superstars that have graced Pandemonium doing either their finisher or signature move on someone: Thunder, Pepper, Prince of Darkness, Starr, Chris Toxic, Cameron Hayden, Gwen Rose, Viper, Ashley Danyell, Mr. Extreme, Ryan Storm, Maverick, Karl Kahn, Maddison Kahn, Eago Specialist, Chris Legend…the scene changes faster and faster till finally the last scene we see is of Anthony Phoenix and Alex Williams both in Armani suits standing back to back with arms folded smiling towards the camera.
Whoa I'll never give in
Whoa I'll never give up
Whoa I'll never give in
And I just wanna be, wanna be loved
Whoa I'll never give in
Whoa I'll never give up
Whoa I'll never give in
And I just wanna be, wanna be loved…
Pyro emits from the staging area as the lights go on…the multitude in the seats hold up various signs showing their appreciation of Pandemonium as the camera pans around you hear Brad Armstrong welcome the fans in the arena those watching at home.
Brad Armstrong: Hello and welcome to the flagship of Thursday Night’s…hello and welcome to RWC’s Pandemonium. I’m Brad Armstrong with my partner in crime Joe Stevenson here. So let’s sit back and enjoy some more Pandemonium…
The arena suddenly goes dark as the beginning rift to “The Fire Burns” by Killswitch Engage begins to play; this is the new entrance theme of the General Manager Anthony Phoenix. The bottom of the Radical-tron screen starts to flicker as if on fire, suddenly as if on queue a loud bird like screech travels throughout the arena as a bright fiery bird appears on the screen with the words “Xtreme Saint” Anthony Phoenix…Pandemonium GM, over it. The bird explodes into a million fiery pieces as the nWx logo becomes prominent on the screen.
When this occurs out walks Anthony Phoenix wearing a fresh dark blue Armani suit with the RWC Tag title on his left shoulder. He walks out rather sure of himself as he surveys the crowd. Phoenix stops at the apex of the ramp and raises the tag title belt so that everyone can see, as this is happening “X” shaped pryo begins to shoot from the entrance. Once the pyro show is over he walks with authority to the ring while a mixed shower of boos and cheers rain down on him. While this is occurring Phoenix doesn’t seem fazed by the whole thing. Phoenix gets to the ring apron and slides the RWC Tag title under the bottom rope as he pulls himself up by the top rope and stands on the apron. He smirks to the crowd before he enters between the second and top ropes. Phoenix pauses for a moment and grabs his title belt; he walks to the middle of the ring and holds the title up one more time as the music ends. Phoenix then un-straps the title belt and places it on his shoulder as he walks over to Billy Reigns, who is temporarily announcing the matches in Amy’s absence, to get a microphone, while chants of “You screwed Arnold” rain down on him over and over. A close up of Phoenix’s smirking face is shown on the screen as he begins to speak.
Phoenix: No that is not true…I didn’t screw Arnold…in fact the new World xtreme didn’t screw Arnold. Arnold screwed himself.
The boos get more deafening.
Phoenix: Look you don’t believe me…here’s the proof.
Phoenix points towards the Radical-tron as it shows the nWx getting denied a shot at the Perfect Couple’s tag titles.
Phoenix: You see that right there…that right there was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Toxic and I believed that we deserved a shot at the titles since it became abundantly clear that they really didn’t care about them at all. When we didn’t get that we took matters into our own hands and now look.
Phoenix holds up his half of the world tag team titles.
Phoenix: I now stand before you one half of the tag team champions. With this win, I solidify myself as one of the greatest tag team specialists of all time…but don’t let this win fool you I intend on getting some singles gold as well.
The boos change to cheers as Phoenix reaches inside his suit and brandishes the rematch contract that he’s held for several months.
Phoenix: I recall that I stated that this week I would have an answer as to who would be President Cameron Hayden’s opponent for the International Title at Mid-Year Massacre…well your looking at him. I intend on cashing in my rematch clause for the title that I so richly deserve. He isn’t fit to be champion…in fact after he destroyed the previous **** Television belt I knew for fact that he intended on spitting on the legacy that brought us to the International title.
Honestly, all he’s done is sit in his laurels as champion and only this past Pay-per-View has he even been forced to defend it. To tell you the truth he came so close to losing it and this next Pay-per-View I intend on making that prediction come true. In order to honor the rich legacy that the International title will soon have and the legacy the title rests upon…I will ask RWC Co-Owner Weapon X…
The crowd begins to chant “Racist”. Phoenix holds up his hand to stop the chant.
Phoenix: Look he may or may not be…but what he is, is a good businessman and he knows rating when he sees it so I’m going to ask for a showcase of international type matches that will lead to my crowning glory where I’ll become the next RWC International Champion. So without further ado, let’s get this show on the road.
Phoenix turns towards Reigns’ who has been standing near the corner. He hands Reigns the microphone and flashes a big smile. Phoenix exits the ring and walks back up the ramp as Reigns calls the first match.
